Refund policy

KAHUNA GRIP WARRANTY & RETURNS

WARRANTY COVERAGE:

This coverage applies only when a defect results from Kahuna Grip products as stated in the bulletin below.

  • Physical Defects: Defects incurred during Kahuna Grip’s manufacturing process, packaging, or shipment.
  • Manufacturing Defect: 6-month warranty on visual defects of traction/image due to Kahuna Grip’s manufacturing process.
  •  Adhesive Defect: 6-month warranty on adhesive if, after proper installation, the adhesive gives way.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS:

  • This warranty does not cover products that are modified or damaged through improper storage, abuse, accident, vandalism, or mishandling of Kahuna Grip products by any person (this includes bending, twisting, folding, or creasing pads).
  • No warranty is given for initial or long-term adhesion or the ease/efficiency of removing a film identified as changeable or removable.
  • All custom/OEM orders placed and accepted are limited to defects caused by shipping or manufacturing only. All custom orders accepted and inspected after delivery are limited to a 10-day replace/return window if warranty specifications are present.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY:

Neither Kahuna Grip’s manufacturer(s), distributor(s), nor agents shall incur any liability—by contract, direct or otherwise—for any injury, loss, or damage of any nature whatsoever, whether direct or indirect, consequential or otherwise, sustained as a result of the use of this product and/or from any defect therein.


REPLACEMENTS / RETURNS / REFUNDS:

  • All returns must be initiated within 10 days of product delivery: see below for self-service Return Requests.
  • All returns must be unused unless covered by the warranty above.
  • Refunds are issued after the returned item is delivered and inspected.
  • All custom/OEM order returns must be returned untouched and shipped within 15 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies to all custom/OEM returns or refunds.
  • All custom/OEM replacements will be shipped once defective pads are returned and a valid tracking number is provided. No pads will be replaced without proof of shipment.

RETURN REQUESTS

To submit a self-service return request, please follow the instructions below:
  1. Go to the customer account page: https://account.KahunaGrip.com
  2. Log in to your account:
    1. Enter your email address in the “Email” field and click Continue.
    2. You will receive a six-digit verification code by email (check inbox or spam). Enter the code when prompted.
    3. Click “Request Return” for the order you want to return.
    4. If your order contains multiple items, select the items you wish to return.
    5. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
    6. Click “Request Return.”

If your return is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. After the product is returned and inspected, a refund will be issued.
